Reviews and Ratings
My experience at The Hythe Vail was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic for skiing and enjoying the local atmosphere, and the rooms are beautifully renovated and comfortable. However, I faced some frustrating issues with check-in and service delays, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The amenities are appealing, boosting the overall experience, but some aspects left me wanting improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice, with a great ski valet service and some fun activities like daily s'mores. However, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, and there was minimal recognition for my Platinum status. While the location is superb for skiing, the room was smaller than expected for the price I paid, especially with the additional resort fee for internet that didn't hold up.
I had a great stay overall, with beautifully renovated rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The dining options were quite good, especially the prime rib at the banquet, though I wish there was a bit more variety at breakfast. The location is excellent for accessing ski lifts, but the noise from the loading dock was a downside. The staff's service was a bit inconsistent, leaving me hoping for a better experience in the future.
My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, with plenty of highlights to mention. The location is fantastic for ski access, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The rooms are beautifully renovated and comfortable, though I did wish for a better breakfast option. The amenities offered were impressive, especially the ski valet and daily s'mores. However, the added resort fee was a bit of a bummer, and I found walking to and from the parking situation to be inconvenient.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel during my birthday celebration. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes. The staff was attentive and genuinely helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a great stay. However, the mattresses were too firm for my liking, making it hard to find a comfortable sleep after a long day of skiing. Overall, it was a great value for money with various amenities.
